Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Support & CCTV Technician responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems, networks, and CCTV surveillance systems. The candidate will ensure smooth operation of computer hardware, software, network infrastructure, and security monitoring systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
Configure and maintain Windows operating systems and office applications.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Perform data backup and recovery activities.
Monitor system performance and ensure IT assets are functioning properly.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Network Administration
Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and security.
Coordinate with internet service providers for connectivity issues.
Implement network security measures and access controls.
CCTV & Security Systems
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and access control systems.
Monitor CCTV system health and troubleshoot camera/network issues.
Configure remote viewing and recording systems.
Maintain surveillance records and backups.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and upgrades when required.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of IT assets, CCTV systems, and service logs.
Prepare reports on system maintenance and incidents.
Ensure compliance with company IT and security policies.
Required Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in IT support and CCTV system management.
Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configuration.
Experience with CCTV systems, DVR/NVR setup, IP cameras, and access control systems.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data backup procedures.
Required Skills
Hardware and software troubleshooting.
Network configuration and maintenance.
CCTV installation and monitoring.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Certifications
