Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide support for hardware, networking, and related technical issues. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and on-site technical support. The role requires both office-based and field-based work, depending on project requirements.Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for hardware and networking-related issues Diagnose and troubleshoot system, device, and network problems Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networking equipment, and related devices Visit client sites for field support, servicing, and issue resolution as required Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely technical assistance and problem resolution Maintain service reports, issue logs, and technical documentation Assist in ensuring smooth operation of all installed systems and equipmentRequirements and Qualifications: in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience will be an added advantage Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking Understanding of routers, switches, LAN/WAN, and troubleshooting techniques Good analytical and problem-solving skills Basic communication and coordination abilitiesPreferred Candidate: Candidate willing to work in field-based assignments as well as office-based support Owns a personal vehicle for travel and site visits Comfortable handling client interactions during on-site visits Male candidate preferred Quick learner with a proactive and responsible attitude
