About the role
In this role, every day will be a unique and exciting challenge that will include:
Provide 2nd line technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues escalated.
Support and maintain Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Azure, and related technologies.
Escalate unresolved issues to 3rd line teams, suppliers, or technology partners where appropriate.
Assist with the implementation, testing, and deployment of new systems, applications, and infrastructure changes.
Ensure incidents, requests, and changes are logged, prioritised, and managed in accordance with agreed processes.
What you will need
Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT Support, infrastructure support, or systems administration role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
Experience supporting and administering Azure services and Microsoft security technologies.
