Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets for Oracle products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including C-level executives
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Oracle products and services
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Sales Manager in the Oracle technology space
• Strong understanding of Oracle products and services, including cloud-based solutions
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
