We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter/HR Executive to join our team. As an IT Recruiter/HR Executive, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization.

Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT positions
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics
Provide excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:
MBA or BBA degree Must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.,
