Candidate Requirement
• Very Good communication skills
• Relevant experience in IT Recruitment for minimum 6 months to 4 years for multiple locations and clients.
• Understanding the art of follow up, professionalism and business etiquette
• Well versed with sourcing, screening, shortlisting, real-time coordination, MIS preparation
• Well versed with the use of multiple portals and job postings
• well versed with managing references, managing positions through social media
• Preferred if the candidates have their own database.
• Should have high speed internet and laptop/PC
• Regular and timely availability of the recruiters and seamless work efficiency
• Please note this is a remote/work from home position.
