Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter at Converse Placement Services India Pvt.Ltd in Jaipur. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates, as well as managing the hiring process. The IT Recruiter will specialize in technical recruiting and will be responsible for identifying and attracting top IT talent.

Qualifications
• IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills
• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring
• Ability to source and assess candidates effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industry best practices and recruitment strategies
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Elegibility- Minimum Graduation.
Location - Jaipur.
Salary- 15+00/- CTC + Incentives.
