About you:
3-5 years (minimum) of experience in an IT Project or Solutions role is required;
Hands-on with hardware, software, systems, networks, Wi‑Fi, and servers;
Experience monitoring and maintaining servers and networks;
Proven advanced technical support for client stakeholders such as IT Managers;
Project management exposure;
Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and nail the details;
Excellent written and verbal communication.
About the role:
As part of our award-winning support desk team, you’ll provide awesome first and second-line tech support to our incredible customers;
Support hardware equipment including laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network devices;
Support a vast array of software across many industries;
Handle on-site visits for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs;
Escalate issues to Senior Technicians or vendors when necessary;
Maintain knowledge of the latest hardware and software trends and technologies.
