• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification of potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the HR database.
• Assist in the preparation of job offer letters and employment contracts.
• Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as maintaining recruitment-related documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Applicant Requirements / Qualifications:
• Any graduate degree is required.
• Post graduation is not mandatory but can be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of HR principles and recruitment best practices is desirable but not mandatory.
