Position: Hardware Support Executive
Location: Jaipur
Experience: Freshers – 2 Years
About the Role
We are looking for a Hardware Support Executive to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems, hardware devices, and network equipment. The ideal candidate should have basic troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral-related issues.
• Provide technical support to employees for system and device-related concerns.
• Perform routine maintenance and system health checks.
• Install and update operating systems, drivers, and software applications.
• Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware assets and accessories.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
• Assist in network troubleshooting, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
• Ensure proper documentation of support requests and resolutions.
• Follow IT security policies and best practices.
• Helping in Onboarding process biometrics
Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
• Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Qualifications
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Hardware & Networking, or a related field.
• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Hardware & Networking certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of Active Directory, printers, and network devices.
• Experience with system installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data backup procedures.
