Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Hardware Sales Professional to drive business development and sales growth in the Govt./PSU/Defence sector across Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge, proven experience in government IT sales, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Govt./PSU/Defence sectors for hardware and IT solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, PSU representatives, and defence organizations.
Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, tenders, and RFPs.
Stay updated on government procurement policies, e-tendering processes, and IT hardware requirements.
Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
BE/B.Tech in Electronics with MBA (preferred).
4–5 years of proven experience in IT hardware sales.
Strong track record of handling Govt./PSU/Defence clients in Delhi/NCR.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of IT hardware solutions and procurement processes.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
