Educational qualification: MCA or B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Engineering) or any graduate with relevant work experience
Skills required: HTML, Java, C++, MS SQL Server, SQL Scripting, T-SQL, Dot NET, Agile Methods, SDLS Principles
Work experience:
Around 5 years to 7 years of relevant work experience of building ERP applications and related components
Knowledge of Agile Methods & SDLC principles
Working knowledge of virtualization, cloud / azure, or equivalent
Experience with scripting and automation tools
Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
Experience with network servers and virtualization
Experience with webservices, REST APINice
Experience with ERP systems preferably Microsoft Dynamics
Job responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of ERP systems
Develop enhancements mainly within ERP applications, including integrations.
Troubleshoot software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of application infrastructure
Perform regular health and performance check and provide enhancement plans.
Responsible for developing and implementing security roles within ERP environment.
Plan, perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedure
Working days : Monday to Friday (+.0 am to 6.0 pm IST)
