Investment Support - New Accounts

Job Summary
Team member will support the broker dealer, investment advisory program and insurance business. Primary focus in facilitating accounts opening and maintenance.
Pay Range (Hourly): $23.73 - $30.26 - $36.78
Pay Range: Local Minimum Wage - $0.00 - $0.00
Job Responsibilities
• Quality check new account documents and oversee the account opening process, present to principal for approval
• Responsible for processing account maintenances and service requests
• Responsible for imaging of documentation
• Provide operational support and assistance to the financial advisors
• Support the OSJ (office of supervisory jurisdiction) through the review of surveillance and activity reports
• Various project assignments
Education/Experience
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum two to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience.
• Knowledge of brokerage operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.
Professional Licences
• Series 7 and 63 Preferred (not required)
