As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting clients, assisting the Managing Director and communicating with our support office. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about communicating with people.
Duties
Opening, editing and maintaining client accounts.
Maintaining confidential, client files.
Processing payments in and payments out.
Using our various systems for compliance and industry regulation.
Tracking client communication using our CRM software.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure accuracy and avoiding errors.
Experience
Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Knowledge of computer technology (MS Office) is a must.
Strong time management and organization skills.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Investment industry courses and quite welcome.

Pay: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
