We are an investment banking firm based in Mumbai, established in 2006. We are a one-stop-shop for all kinds of financial advisory services to our clients across diversified sectors & segments. We provide a wide range of services viz. restructuring, debt syndication, private equity, venture capital, merchant banking, financial advisory & solutions for distressed assets.
We have very strong connections with domestic banks, NBFCs funds, and HNIs. Our relationship with clients extends well beyond the duration of our service. We provide our clients with all the help and information that they need after they've availed of our services.

About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Examine and analyze the feasibility of deals/projects taking into account the historic data available
• Conduct research on relevant sectors and contribute towards qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Evaluate prospective transactions in terms of; valuation, deal structure, terms & conditions
• Assist in the fundraising process of transactions by creating Information memorandums, financial models and other required tools of analysis
• Participate in due diligence meetings with financial institutions and external agencies
• Coordinate closing activities
• Nurture existing business relationships with clients through constant engagements
• Build relations with new clients & external parties through the course of the transaction
