About the Internship:
Intellecap Advisory Services is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Investment Banking intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of finance and contribute to groundbreaking projects that shape the future of impact investing.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in emerging markets.
2. Support the team in preparing comprehensive financial models and investment proposals for clients.
3. Collaborate with senior management to gather and analyze data, helping to identify trends and make informed investment recommendations.
4. Contribute to the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials.
5. Assist in conducting due diligence on potential investments, evaluating financial statements, and assessing risk.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal and compliance departments, to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the investment process.
7. Stay updated on industry news, trends, and developments to provide valuable insights to the team, helping to shape investment strategies and decisions.
