Investment Banking Faculty
DEPARTMENT - Investment Banking / Financial Modeling
LOCATION - Bangalore, Karnataka
EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full time
REPORTS TO - IB Program Head / Co-Founders
Role Summary
QuintEdge is hiring an Investment Banking Faculty member for its upcoming Bangalore campus. The role involves delivering live classroom and online instruction on financial modeling, valuation, and core investment banking concepts, and supporting students through interview preparation and placement readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver live classroom and online sessions on financial modeling, valuation, M&A;, LBO, and core investment banking concepts
Record lecture and revision videos for QuintEdge's content library as required
Build and maintain financial models, case studies, and practice material for teaching use
Conduct mock interviews and career / placement guidance sessions for students
Maintain and update a question bank of technical and behavioral interview questions
Evaluate student assignments and models, providing structured feedback
Collaborate with the placement team to track student readiness and outcomes
Stay current with industry practices, deal structures, and modeling standards
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of teaching/training or relevant industry experience in investment banking, financial modeling, or a related field
MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or an equivalent professional qualification preferred
Strong hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, and advanced Excel
Prior investment banking, equity research, or corporate finance experience is an added advantage
Excellent communication and classroom delivery skills
Compensation
Rs. 80,000 Rs. 1,00,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance. .
