Investment Banking AssociateD.A. Davidson & Co. is accepting applicants for an Associate position in the Diversified Industrials Investment Banking Group in our Atlanta office.
The Associate will play a vital role working with senior bankers on strategic assignments, assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements and other advisory services.
Associates start on a three-year program with a deep dive into their industry of focus, receive mentorship and sales and public speaking training.
Associates are encouraged to assist in recruiting, college outreach, cultural initiatives and ongoing analyst training. Associates have an opportunity to work abroad as part of our partnership with MCF Corporate Finance or obtain an MBA while serving as an Associate.
Qualifications : 2 years minimum professional experience working in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, etc.
