Job Description
• This role will report to the Head of ECM
• Working knowledge of regulations – SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Companies Act, 2013, and other relevant laws
• Knowledge of the processes within Capital Market transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision
• Proven efficiency in MS Office products – Word, Excel, Power Point
• Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes
• Willingness to travel
• Preferable - Graduate + MBA / CA / CS
• min 02 years in an Investment Bank with experience of Corporate Finance execution related to Equity Capital Markets
