Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and computer-savvy Inventory & Store Operations Executive to support day-to-day store operations, inventory audits, reporting, e-commerce coordination, and basic IT support for our retail and e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have good Excel skills, an analytical mindset, and a willingness to learn and travel occasionally for store audits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct periodic physical stock audits at the Jaipur store and reconcile with system records, with occasional visits to outstation stores
• Reconcile Inventory records including stock transfers, pending approvals, job work, and Inventory transactions using Excel/Google Sheets
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to inventory, sales, and stock reconciliation.
• Handle e-commerce backend tasks — Claims, returns/order reconciliation, and inventory updates.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, and other basic IT issues, and coordinate with external vendors whenever required.
• Assist the reporting manager in day-to-day Inventory, MIS, and IT tasks.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate (BCom, B.A, BBA, BCA or equivalent).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas,Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• 0–2 years of experience in Inventory, MIS, Back Office or a similar role.
• Freshers with strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Honest, detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Departement: Electronic Data Processing (EDP) /BackOffice
Location: Head Office: 10/11, Narayansingh Circle, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (based on experience, skills, and interview performance).
