Daily Responsibilities
The work assigned during a shift may be comprised of:
• Answer incoming customer calls
• Assist customers with their requests through voice and blended channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries on order status, delivery, returns, refunds, and account issues.
• Explain Amazon’s services, policies, and procedures.
• Check customer details before changing account details.
• Log all customer conversations in the company support system.
• Keep customer records updated for every interaction.
• Transfer any unresolved requests to the appropriate support team.
• Communicate with customers using approved call procedures.
• Meet assigned work within required response time.
• Safeguard customer data in accordance with company policies.
• Meet Daily Quality and Productivity Goals.
The type of customer requests can be different depending on the business needs.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
• 12th Pass, Graduate, or Postgraduate.
• Sorry, but you do not qualify if you are enrolled in a regular academic course, as this is a full-time position.
• Spoken English is good.
• Computer knowledge basics.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Stable Internet connection for work from home purposes.

• Internet allowance of ₹1,250 per month (₹15,000 per annum) for eligible work-from-home employees.
