Job Description
Arrange and organize fabrics and materials so everything is easy to find and kept in its right place.
Keep the inventory tidy and labelled; help put away new deliveries and assist with stock counts.
Prepare order packets as per requirement — check the fabric, measure it, fold it, add all the required trims (buttons, zippers, threads, linings, labels), and assemble a complete, correct packet ready for production.
Check each packet against the spec sheet before passing it on, so production receives exactly what is needed.
Organise and maintain samples, spec sheets, and other reference materials so they are easy to locate.
