Nightshift Inventory Controller – Otahuhu
Location: Otahuhu
Shift: Nightshift (10 PM - 7 AM)
Pay: $70,000 (depending on experience)
Environment: DG Warehouse

Our client is expanding its after-hours capability and is looking for a hands-on, accuracy-driven Inventory Controller to run inventory operations during the nightshift. This is a fast-paced DG environment where stock accuracy, communication, and calm decision-making matter every single night.

About the Role
Maintain inventory accuracy across the warehouse during night operations
Complete cycle counts, stocktakes, audits, and investigate discrepancies
Manage inwards/outwards stock movement and ensure system accuracy
Coordinate handovers with afternoon and morning teams
Support DG processes and compliance (training provided)
Keep documentation, reports, and records up to date
Take ownership of the warehouse during nightshift hours

What You’ll Bring
2+ years of experience in warehousing or inventory control
Solid RF scanning, stock handling, and system accuracy skills
Strong communication across multiple shifts
Calm under pressure and comfortable with high-volume stock flow
DG knowledge a bonus; willingness to learn is essential
Reliability and the confidence to work autonomously at night
