Role Description The Internet Consultant role at Justdial is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The Internet Consultant will engage with business owners and customers to explain Justdial’s online services and JD Omni solutions, helping them enhance their digital presence and business performance. Responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding their requirements, providing tailored consultations, and supporting them in listing, updating, and optimizing their profiles on Justdial’s platforms. The role also involves promoting relevant services, coordinating with internal teams, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences throughout the engagement cycle. The Internet Consultant is expected to maintain accurate records of interactions, follow up on leads, and work toward achieving defined targets.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Training skills to understand client needs, provide product guidance, and deliver effective demonstrations.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service capabilities to manage queries, build relationships, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify opportunities, convert leads, and meet or exceed assigned business targets.
• Candidates should possess Online Marketing knowledge to help clients improve visibility, leverage digital tools, and optimize their presence on Justdial platforms.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in local languages and English, and familiarity with basic computer and mobile applications are preferred.
• Prior experience in field sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles in internet, telecom, or service industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, travel within Nagpur for client meetings, and maintain a professional, gender-neutral, and inclusive approach in all interactions is expected.
