International Voice Process (Outbound) - Night Shift

We are hiring energetic, fluent English speakers for our international outbound team. You will receive fresh daily leads to call in the US market. Your goal is simple: engage the prospect, qualify their interest, and live-transfer them to our closing team.

Key Details:

Shift: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST
Work Days: Monday - Friday (Fixed Sat/Sun Off)
Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 INR + High Incentives
What You'll Do:

Make high-volume outbound calls to provided US leads.
Deliver a strong opening pitch to identify potential clients.
Successfully live-transfer interested prospects to Senior Sales Closers.

Exceptional spoken English with a neutral or US accent.
Completely comfortable working permanent night shifts.
High energy, resilience, and a target-driven mindset.
Experience in international BPO/outbound lead generation is preferred.
