Process: Inbound Calling. No sales or upselling or cross selling.
Experience: 6 months and above in relevant field (with proper documents)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Shift Timing: Any 10 hours between 12.00 P.M to 12.00 A.M
Mode of interview: Walk-in
Date: 22/08/22 to 26/08/22
Timing: 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Location: HCL Technologies AMB 6:8, South Phase, Sidco Industrial Estate, MTH Road, Sai Nagar, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600058.
Description:
Responsible for handling customers calls in order to resolve bank related queries.
With excellent customer service skills, you will provide a professional standard level of support.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
