Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound calls to UK-based customers.
Promote and sell Solar Panel and Property-related services.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Experience:
International voice process: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
