Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with international customers, understanding their requirements, promoting products or services, and closing sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle outbound and/or inbound sales calls with international customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships.
• Explain product features, pricing, and promotional offers effectively.
• Handle objections and negotiate to close sales successfully.
• Update customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal communication in English.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Convincing and persuasive personality.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience
• 1–5 years of experience in International Voice Process.
• Experience in B2C or B2B Sales.
• Experience in Travel Sales, Telecom Sales, Energy Sales, Insurance Sales, Credit Card Sales, or Lead Generation
• Freshers with excellent communication and a sales mindset may also apply.
