Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate International Patient Coordinator to join our medical tourism company. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving and assisting international patients at different hospitals/hotels and coordinating with Hospitals/Surgeons.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, be able to work independently and have a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

Help international patients and their families in availing medical treatment/surgery at our partner hospitals
Ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and attention.
Provide timely coordination between patient, hospital, hotel and internal team responsible for operations
Communicate with international patients/families regarding appointments, care plans, financial, health and concierge resources available
Manage patient expectations and ensure that they are satisfied with the services provided
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all patient interactions
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field with 1+ years of experience in healthcare administration, medical tourism, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field with 3+ years’ experience
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for helping others.
