Location: Hyderabad – Work From Office
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Experience: 1–5 Years
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹4–4.5 LPA
Leo MarCom Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented International Media Sales & Service Executive – Digital Advertising to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work with international businesses, marketing teams, advertisers, and agencies, helping them promote their brands through our B2B digital media platforms, industry websites, newsletters, and online advertising solutions.
This is a role for someone who can confidently manage both sales and client servicing.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Identify and develop new international clients and advertising opportunities.
🔹 Reach out to prospective clients through email, telephone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
🔹 Understand client requirements and present suitable digital advertising and media solutions.
🔹 Prepare proposals, quotations, media plans, and advertising packages.
🔹 Follow up with prospects, negotiate, and close advertising sales.
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
🔹 Coordinate advertising campaigns and media services after the sale.
🔹 Collect campaign materials, including banners, advertisements, articles, logos, and links.
🔹 Coordinate with editorial, content, design, and media operations teams.
🔹 Ensure advertisements, sponsored content, newsletters, interviews, and other services are delivered as agreed.
🔹 Track campaign schedules, approvals, publications, and client requirements.
🔹 Handle client queries, corrections, follow-ups, and service-related requests.
🔹 Maintain accurate client, sales, and campaign information in the CRM.
🔹 Identify opportunities for repeat business, renewals, and additional advertising services.
The Ideal Candidate
The right person should be comfortable wearing both a sales and service hat.
You should be able to:
Find the client → Understand the requirement → Sell the right solution → Close the business → Collect campaign requirements → Coordinate delivery → Communicate with the client → Ensure successful execution → Build the relationship for repeat business.
This is not a role where the responsibility ends after closing a sale.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete client lifecycle and ensure that what we sell is delivered professionally, accurately, and on time.
What We’re Looking For
1–5 years of experience in international sales, media sales, advertising sales, B2B sales, client servicing, or business development.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Confidence in communicating with international clients.
Strong presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple clients and advertising campaigns simultaneously.
A target-oriented mindset combined with a strong customer-service approach.
Basic understanding of digital advertising, online media, content marketing, or WordPress will be an added advantage.
Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field.
