We are looking for a passionate Marketing professional to join our marketing team at Manipal Hospitals!

Role: International Marketing (Digital + Offline)

Location: Old HAL Airport Road, Bangalore

What You’ll Do:
• International Community Engagement: Identify and engage Indian diaspora, international residents, student communities, and digital communities to strengthen the MIPC network and brand presence.
• Brand Building & Market Development: Promote the MIPC brand across global markets through targeted initiatives for NRIs, expats, international associations, and patients to drive awareness and patient inflow.
• Partnerships & Strategic Alliances: Develop and strengthen collaborations with international hospitals, healthcare institutions, and referral partners.
• Digital & Social Media Engagement: Support content creation, manage digital community engagement, and enhance international visibility through social media platforms.
• Medical Engagement & Knowledge Exchange: Organize webinars and facilitate interactions between Manipal specialists and international doctors to foster clinical collaboration.
• Events & Outreach: Plan and execute international outreach programs, health camps, conferences, webinars, and community engagement initiatives.
• Public Relations & Communications: Drive international PR activities and identify opportunities for media coverage and thought leadership.
• Revenue & Business Growth: Generate international patient leads, strengthen referral channels, and contribute to business growth through strategic initiatives.
• Key Skills & Competencies: Strong international marketing, partnership management, communication, digital marketing, event management, and stakeholder engagement skills with willingness to travel internationally.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Growth in international patient inquiries, community engagement, strategic partnerships, digital campaign performance, and successful execution of outreach programs.

What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor's Degree in any field+ MBA/PGDM(Preferred)
• 3-6 years of experience
• Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint Skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
