Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our product.
Generate and Classify new qualified leads, generate a database, and develop new business opportunities Encourage customers to buy services and products by using a prepared script to reference important parts of the company's offerings.
Go off-script when necessary to build a relationship with customers or answer any questions they have not addressed in the script. Responsibilities Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in an understandable way Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Qualifications Fluent speaker of English Language.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
