Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development of the sales opportunity funnel and drive sales growth across strategic market sectors in collaboration with technical sales specialists and support teams.
• Manage day-to-day order management for existing customers and distributors, as well as new customers post-handover from Market Manager, emphasizing customer intimacy and key stakeholder relationships.
• Forge strong personal links with key players at each account managed, ensuring lasting technical and commercial partnerships.
• Convert and create customer requests into orders, leading day-to-day sales activity at active accounts to support Scott Bader professionally and skillfully.

Requirements:
• Industrial sales experience preferably within the chemical distribution industry.
• Science-based degree or equivalent qualification (e.g. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Material Science)
.Knowledge of data-management with analytical approach to utilize corporate databases/sales data and reporting processes effectively.
• Effective pricing negotiation skills to work with key customers while maintaining high customer commitment and long-term relationships.
• Ability to track and record successful key account management and new business development.
