Our strongest asset is our 6400+ people enabling us to deliver on our mission consistently.What will you do Assist in the full recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Research and identify suitable talent through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and short-list candidates based on job requirements and qualifications. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability. Support the preparation of recruitment reports and dashboards. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date. Assist in creating engaging job descriptions and job ads. Help in organizing candidate interviews and following up on feedback from interviewers.What we are looking for: Currently Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration on, or a related field. Excellent Communication on skills Ability to work independently and a part of a team Previous internship experience or interest in HR or recruitment is a plus
