Job Description
Responsibilities
Movi Monitoring for ISC servers and devices
Solve Movi Alerts for ISC and Monitor Movi console
Sending daily, weekly and bi-weekly reports for 3S Server
Login to server and solve critical, warning and unknown alerts
Maintain good quality score in VIQCT
Prepare documents and procedures for 3S server topics
Report on Jira daily incoming tickets with topic wise
Report on Jira daily Pending tickets of engineers
Report On Jira Daily How Many Tickets Engineer Resolve
Check Jira ticket quality for the comments entered by engineers
Experience / knowledge
• Intern preferably with BSC or BCA stream.
• Good understanding of servers and Infrastructure fundamentals
• Knowledge on LAN & Networking concepts and hardwares.
• Knowledge on Operating system concepts
• Knowledge in system and communication ports(TCP/UDP)
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
