About : the Role Valenso Spaces Private Limited is looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure project execution as per design and drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure timely material availability and proper utilization.
• Resolve site-related issues and provide technical support.
• Track project timelines and maintain project documentation.
• Attend client meetings and provide project updates when required.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in interior fit-out, construction, or site execution.
• Knowledge of drawings, measurements, BOQ, and site coordination.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.

• Time management and attention to detail.
