Location: Fort, Mumbai (Must be willing to work at sites outside Mumbai as required)
Experience: 4 to 5 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Working Days: 7 days a week (as per site needs)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage on-site execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling full site responsibilities, managing contractors, and ensuring timely and high-quality completion of work. This role requires flexibility to travel and manage outstation projects when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day interior site activities
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and clients
Monitor material usage, quality, and timely execution
Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines
Prepare and submit daily work progress reports
Manage timelines and troubleshoot on-site issues
Read and understand architectural/interior drawings
Willing to travel and manage sites outside Mumbai when required
Requirements:

4–5 years of hands-on experience in interior site supervision
Strong understanding of interior materials and execution techniques
Ability to manage multiple vendors and site teams independently
Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work extended hours and travel as per project location
Basic knowledge of MS Office / reporting tools preferred
Must be punctual, responsible, and self-driven
Additional Details:

Immediate joiners preferred
Travel allowance or accommodation will be provided for outstation work (if applicable)
