Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer at Homes Under Budget - HUB. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FFE (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role involves collaborating with clients and project teams, creating design concepts, producing detailed drawings and specifications, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and overseeing the implementation of design projects.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and experience in space planning architecture, and interior design
• Proficiency in creating construction drawings and specifications
• Experience in selecting and specifying FFE
• Strong design sense and ability to deliver solutions that meet client requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to coordinate and work effectively with project teams, contractors, and suppliers
• Proficiency in design software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in residential projects is a plus
• SketchUp and enscape knowledge mandatory
