Roles and Responsibilities

Development of architectural designs for various residential and commercial projects.
Development of presentation drawings.
Development of basic 3D views of building elevations.
Development of various working drawings and schedules
Development of Bill of Quantities and estimates.
Selection and procurement of various construction materials and items.
Site visits and Co-ordination with contractors.
Internal Co-ordination with design team members and delegation of works.
