Interior Design Project Manager

Job description
A Validation Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and feasibility of project designs. While modular components are handled by our network of dedicated vendors, services are delivered through a curated marketplace of expert contractors and an in-house team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validating drawings, bill of quantities (BOQ), and site reports to ensure seamless communication with vendors and customers.
• Thoroughly reviewing drawings from various disciplines, including civil, electrical, plumbing, and furniture, to verify quantities and identify discrepancies.
• IDentifying potential design issues and execution risks, highlighting missing line items in the BOQ.
• Finalizing the BOQ after clarifying design discrepancies and conducting thorough site validations.
• Providing accurate and error-free validation reports within stipulated timeframes.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• A minimum of 3 years of contracting experience, comprising 1 year of execution and 2 years of quantity surveying in residential or commercial projects.
• Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and foresee execution risks.
• Proactive and capable of prioritizing work efficiently.
• High level of ownership and accountability.
• Strong learning aptitude and ability to adapt to new situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
