Role Description

Join our dream team as an Interior Designer at CRATE Interiors. As our newest Design Consultant you will be responsible for market intelligence, strategic industry relationships, client design sessions and helping vacation homebuyers and rental property investors finalize their furnishings selections. This is a hybrid role offering the ability to work onsite and remotely from a verified home office.

Qualifications
• Drive market intelligence in the assigned territory, identifying strategic partnerships, developments, realtors and delivery dates and other opportunities to drive marketing outreach.
• Maintain robust schedule of presentations to these key contacts on a quarterly/ monthly basis
• Create presentations, preferred owners program, design boards, bids and budgets for submissions as needed
• Create seasonal newsletters, email blasts, blogs and monthly content for publication on relevant topics, supporting this category
• Monthly reporting of activities including meetings, presentations, touchbases and realtor visits
• Monthly maintenance of contact databases
• Maintain familiarity with our Master Price Lists and turnkey furnishings offerings, menus and other tools in order to effectively present the CRATE iInterior service and actively serve our amazing clients.

Experience
• Strong technical skillset including Microsoft suite, and particularly excel, google sheets, docs, calendar and adobe suites pdf tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to craft compelling emails, messages and newsletter blasts.
• Demonstrated track record in commission based sales role in either interior design or retail furnishings, ability to meet and exceed targets and successfully deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Friendly and professional demeanor, appealing to the casual lifestyle community in our coastal markets..
• Bilingual or trilingual skills are helpful - English, Spanish and French. Read more
