Integration Lead

Full job description
Required Technical Skill Set
Deep hands‑on in Confluent/Apache Kafka, Azure Integration Services, Azure API Management (APIM), WSO2, GoAnywhere MFT, and Microsoft BizTalk; design & build of event streams, APIs, and batch/file integrations aligned to enterprise framework
Strong engineering with Java/Spring Boot microservices; CI/CD using Bitbucket/Azure DevOps, container orchestration (Kubernetes), secure secrets/RBAC, and pipeline governance
Observability & reliability for integrations: monitoring, logging, alerting, consumer lag analysis, topic access governance; automated recovery patterns for Kafka failures;
Integration data design: data mapping, transformation, idempotency, error handling, DLQ strategies; API lifecycle, versioning, contract‑f irst design, and secure by design practices under architecture governance

Must-Have
Own integration design and governance across Kafka/APIM/WSO2/GoAnywhere/ BizTalk, ensuring secure, scalable, and high‑performance flows
Proven delivery leadership in complex, multi‑platform environments, prioritizing stabilization where repetitive work units exist; reduce MTTR via observability and process fixes
Stakeholder management: engage business/product owners, application owners, and vendor SMEs.
Orchestrate design‑first engagement and change enablement across squads
Lead complex enterprise integrations across hybrid estates; demonstrated onshore stakeholder management and offshore delivery coordination
