In support of our business units, Mission Engineering, Advisory and Technical Services, and Team Downer as the prime Major Service Provider (MSP) we deliver above the line consulting services and Integrated Work Packages across the Department of Defence, including groups (Defence Digital Group (DDG), Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG), the services (Navy, Army and Air Force).

We are continually seeking skilled Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Managers for our consulting services and integrated work packages. If you’re driven to make a meaningful impact and interested in future opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.

If successful in securing a role, your work may involve:

Develop and execute ILS strategies to support acquisition and sustainment activities.
Conduct logistics support analysis, supply chain planning, and lifecycle costing.
Prepare technical documentation, including ILS plans and supportability assessments.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure logistics considerations are integrated into project planning.
Engage with stakeholders, including Defence personnel and industry partners, to deliver fit-for-purpose sustainment solutions.
Our work is highly complex and confidential , applicants must be Australian citizens with a minimum NV1 security clearance. Additionally, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be necessary. In some cases, this may impose restrictions on individuals with dual nationality, permanent residency, or former nationality of specific countries as outlined in ITAR 126.1.

We are seeking candidates with defence industry experience in the follow areas:

Integrated Logistics Support, supply chain management, or sustainment planning within Defence, government, or professional services.
Relevant qualifications or certifications and experience with ILS tools and Defence logistics management systems (e.g., MILIS, CAMM2).
A strong understanding of Defence logistics frameworks, including ASDEFCON and CASG processes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
