• Serve as the main point of contact for airport-related matters and liaise with tenants, the public, and the Fixed Base Operator (FBO).
• Assist with daily operations, including generating reports, addressing tenant concerns, and managing communications.
• Oversee grants and construction projects in coordination with the Airport Engineer, NDOT Aeronautics, and the FAA.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and support airport maintenance needs.
• Work with local, state, and federal agencies to ensure operational excellence.
• This is a full-time residency position with a duration anticipated to be 2-3 years at the discretion of the airport manager.
What You Bring:
• High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree in Air Transport Administration, Aviation Management or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage tenant relationships and multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of airport operations and aviation regulations is a plus.
