Fluency in the Adobe suite, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects
An eye for pacing, story, and clean typography in motion
Reliable, communicative, and good at managing your time on a remote team
Bonus: audio cleanup, color grading, Figma familiarity, and motion graphics experience
Responsibilities
You'd edit clips from Subject Matter Expert (SME) interviews conducted online, client-provided keynotes, and live facilitated learning sessions into promo reels, PSA-style spots, and explainer videos with motion graphics

Hours vary by project demand and performance
