Target Achievement To achieve the Business Budgets allocated basis Opportunity available and Team Size at a Regional level. To track the Manpower Modules
• Bank Staff as well as HBL, and ensure the budgeted Manpower is in place at all times To track productivity at an SM and TSE level and actively contribute in bringing up the SM / TSEs up the Productivity Curve To closely monitor the business trends and make amends whenever necessary to arrest deviations in the sourcing patterns and ensure compliance with the Policy To drive profitability by ensuring superior Cost Management Interaction with HR (Both Bank and HBL) Liaise with the HR of both the Bank and HBL for completion of Manpower Modules within the region Sort out people issues by liaising with Bank and HBL HR Interaction with channel partners like HDFC ERGO & HDFC Life, One Assist, ABHI, TATA AIA, BSLI and X Sell teams.
Adherence to Auditory and Regulatory Mandates To ensure all IRDA Guidelines are complied with by ensuring required certification done at SM / TSE / Authorised Verifier levels, ensuring Call Recording of all Bank Verification Calls, etc To ensure strict compliance to TRAI Guidelines and ensure no calls done on any NCPR/DNC registered customer at any point of time OCC Operational Guidelines issued to ensure Database Confidentiality and ensure Customer Data is used strictly in accordance with the bank policy Complaint Management To follow up with the Sales teams and ensure the customer complaints are resolved within TAT and update the Channels Central Team and also the respective Complaints Handling teams towards closure Skills 1.
Strong Team Handling Skills 2. Excellent analytical skill 3. Good awareness of Industry / Competition Trends 4. Proven Track Record of delivering on Business Budgets
