Overview

Institutional Client Group (ICG) facilitates primary origination, distribution, and secondary market-making of FIC product suite and financing to institutional clients. This includes financials, asset managers, pension funds, insurers, hedge funds, private equity, central banks, and sovereign wealth funds. To be successful in this role, you will need to think strategically about the business and stay on top of market themes/trends.

What You’ll Do

Responsible for covering important institutional clients at a senior level within our Emerging Markets Sales Group
Have strong relationships with partners, senior PMs, principals, and capital markets professionals at the clients you cover and to work collaboratively with product partners in trading and structuring to deliver creative solutions for your client base.
Strategic planning, budgeting, client wallet share analysis and help generate new revenue opportunities within the securitized, private, and alternate capital space
New business development in particular within the EM including EM Credit space
Drive sales growth by creating new / developing existing relationships
Generate new revenue opportunities for the GEM business

Extensive experience in Fixed Income
Strong communication skills to persuade investors to purchase Deutsche Bank services

Strong interpersonal skills for developing new client relationships and communicating various Deutsche Bank teams in a fast-paced environment
Be a team player - anticipating and solving problems for the group
Have a consistent sense of urgency around doing his or her best – day in and day out
Detail oriented and driven to succeed in a complex, fast-moving environment
Ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced, time sensitive work environment

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $190K to $328K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
