At ROBINSON, our Inside Sales team plays a key role in helping customers get the products they need—fast. Whether answering a quick product question or preparing a same-day quote, you’ll be part of a team that delivers exceptional service and supports customers in growing their business.
We have an opening for a hybrid position of an Inside Sales / Counter Sales Representative.

What you will do:
Build relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored product solutions
Support tradespeople in quoting, ordering, and completing jobs successfully
Deliver timely responses to inquiries, quotations, and product orders
Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
Continuously learn about our product lines and improve your technical and sales skills
Assisting with select returns and warranties
Provide phone and email quotes to customers.
Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

You're a strong communicator who puts customers first
You bring experience in inside sales or have worked in the trades and understand the customer’s world
You’re tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
You thrive in a team environment and enjoy solving problems quickly and efficiently
Your industry related experience is considered an asset
