Roles and Responsibilities
• The primary focus of this role is to provide guidance, support, counseling and lead them to the right products and complete the admission process, to potential learners from 5-50 years who walk-in to B-HUB.
• Understand the learners, their strengths and weaknesses, their talent and identify their interests and map suitable interests to our programmes.
• Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and advisor to help learners set and achieve their educational goals
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with learners through various channels, including online and offline chat, email, and virtual/offline meetings
• Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the need for Bloombloom to prospective customers.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, teachers, administrators, and other decision-makers.
• Building Product Knowledge: Learn and understand the product
• Building System Knowledge: Learn and properly use Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMs)
• Empathize with customers, understand their requirements/ needs and gather their interest.
• Liaising with the marketing and communications team to increase awareness of programme
• Propose the right membership plan or programme and onboard customers on to the platform
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Market Insights: Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights to improve our offerings.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare sales reports, and share progress with the reporting officer.
• Updating the performance trackers, submitting daily, weekly, monthly reports, and attending daily, weekly monthly meetings.
• Meeting the target KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KRAs (Key Result Areas)
