Key Responsibilities:
Customer Inquiries:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels to provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and services.
B2B/B2C Sales Experience:
• Utilize the experience in B2B/B2C sales to address diverse customer needs and portfolios. Implement effective sales strategies to convert inquiries into sales.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Product Demos:
• Conduct product demonstrations as and when required, either virtually or in person.
Mail Management:
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mails efficiently. Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers and team members.
Language Proficiency:
• Communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Ensure clear pronunciation without mother tongue influence.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Diploma degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in handling customer inquiries and sales, ideally 1-3 years.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good in English, Hindi, and Bengali with clear pronunciation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
